Return and exchange

- SABAH will accept merchandise bought on our e-store in its original condition for an exchange when informed and returned within 48 hours of receipt and accompanied by the original order invoice.

- A ready-to-wear item can be exchanged ONLY if the item is faulty, damaged or the wrong size, not if it does not appeal to you any longer.

- Product can be exchanged with any other product available on our e-store. In the event of the exchange with a lower rupee value, the differential amount will be reimbursed in the form of store credit with a voucher (minus shipping costs). For a higher rupee value, the remaining amount is to be paid on delivery (in case of CoD) or Bank Transfer (in case of online payment).

- All products must be returned unused, with all tags attached in their original box and other packaging where applicable.

- Merchandise should not be damaged, altered or show signs of wear & tear.

- Cost of shipping would be borne by the customer.

- Refunds will be provided in the form of store credit.

- All return items should be sent to: F-73/17, Swiss Cottages, Block 4, Clifton. Karachi.
