Shipping and handling

We aim to help our customers have a simple and smooth shopping experience through our e-store up until their order gets delivered.

Delivery Time:

Your order should be delivered within the following timeframes:

Karachi Orders: 24 working hours

Nationwide Orders: 2-3 working days

International Orders: 5-7 working days

Pakistan:

For Karachi - PKR 200

Other cities - PKR 350

International:

Delivery charges, customs and duties to be paid by the customer

 

For international Customers:

Charges for international orders are calculated based on the destination and the weight of your shipment. Duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods you purchase online and will not be included in the overall shipping costs you pay.

Please note payment of taxes and custom duties on international orders will be the responsibility of the customer. Any applicable duties or fees (If any) will be collected at the time of order delivery from the customer.

We accept credit/debit, visa/master cards.

Please note that we do not accept any other methods of payment apart from those listed above for international customers.
